Post - Sealcoating Instructions & Information

1.  Your Driveway will be ready for traffic in 48 hours. You may walk on it within a few hours.
(Be aware that shaded areas may take longer to dry). The curing process continues for several
weeks as the sealer becomes harder.  It is normal to see shading differences until the coating
completely cures into a rich, black color.
2.  If water stains arise you may hose your driveway down to remove them. They will wear away as the
    sealer cures.
3.  Tire marking is normal, especially in the heat of the summer. Avoid cutting your wheels sharply on
the pavement when your vehicle is not in motion, even then power steering marks may be noticeable.
They will blend and become less noticeable over time and as the sealer cures.
4.  Signs, Caution Tape & Wood Stakes may be discarded after 48 hours.  We will return in a timely
fashion to pick-up any steel pins, cones, barrels etc. where applicable.

In order to keep your Sealcoat looking great:
1.  Degrease spilled oil w/household detergent and rinse with water.
2.  Lawn chemicals, auto cleaners, and de-icers should not be allowed to remain on the surface any
    longer than is necessary.
3.  Remove sand, stones and any objects that may act as an abrasive when driven on or walked on.

A professionally done Sealcoat application should only be done once every 2-3 years except in extreme traffic situations.  Please consider us for all your future pavement maintenance needs, for your home or place of business.

Thank you for your business.
